InTouch’s proven inbound marketing methodology has been broken down into 6 easy steps.

Step 1 – A Conversation

It all starts with a conversation about your business and your current marketing.  We’ll talk about what you hope to achive in your business and see if Inbound Marketing is a good fit for you. We’ll also review your website and offer suggestions on how to improve your lead generation opportunities.

Step 2. – Planning Meeting

Once we have established that Inbound Marketing can achieve your business goals, we will schedule a meeting to better understand your business, plans, challenges, timelines and budget. This is where we really delve into your business goals and objectives. At the conclusion of the meeting, InTouch will provide you with an estimated budget designed to reach those goals.

The meeting usually takes about 1 hour and is free of charge.

Step 3. – Strategic Plan Development

Now that we’ve established and defined your business goals, it’s now time to develop a strategic action plan. InTouch will work with you to develop a 12 month Inbound Marketing plan customized to your business objectives.

Your Inbound Strategic Marketing Plan will be your roadmap to success. It will outline all aspects necessary to achieve the objectives you have set.

Step 4. – Plan Implementation

After your Strategic Plan is complete, it’s now time to put the plan into action. InTouch will help you implement Hubspot, optimize your website and develop all the necessary tools– CTA’s, Landing Pages, Lead Automation Workflow’s and Initial Blog Posts–that you need to successfully execute the Plan.

Step 5 – Engage & Delight

In order to maintain the traffic generation and lead conversions necessary to reach your business goals, the continued development of quality content aimed at your buying personas is essential. Not only is it important for future business growth, but also to continually engage and inform your current customers so that your customer loyalty and brand recognition continues to build.


Step 6 – Analyze & Report

We track, analyze and report on all our marketing efforts. Knowing what is working and what is not ensures the plan stays on target.
